d.是否須招募新進人員 - 薪資與績效評估的問題:被購併公司的留任員工,是否應沿用舊公司的薪資計算方式,或配合母公司的制度,亦或是二者可以融合。績效評估應由誰來負責,評估標準是否應重新訂定。
- 工作設計的問題:被購併公司的工作流程、工作內容、職務設計、是否需要調整、配合母公司。
- 職業訓練與發展的問題:組織結構的改變,為使得員工在新的職位、工作內容、工作流程下,能夠繼續發揮其能力,必須重新訓練員工。
- 組織文化的問題:因為雙方員工管理哲學、工作倫理的不同,可能造成面對問題時的衝突與歧異,為了延續組織的核心價值,必須將雙方的組織文化加以整合,以加強成員的認同感。
